This project was created for Berkshire Apartments with the goal of refreshing their visual identity to better attract modern renters while maintaining recognition of the existing brand. The client wanted to retain their established logo and core brand color, but evolve the system into a more contemporary and flexible identity that could better support marketing efforts.
I developed a simplified badge version of the logo for more versatile use across digital and print applications, along with an expanded color palette to introduce depth, warmth, and modern appeal while staying aligned with the original brand foundation. To further elevate the brand presence, I curated a photography direction that emphasized lifestyle, light, and livable spaces—helping potential renters envision themselves in the environment. In addition, I created a cohesive pattern and graphic element library to add texture and consistency across marketing materials. Together, these updates formed a refreshed visual system that feels current, approachable, and renter-focused while honoring the established identity of Berkshire Apartments.
