This project focused on the redesign of a reception area for a pain clinic that had recently acquired an adjoining office space. The goal was to extend the existing brand into the new environment while creating a more calming, patient-centered experience tailored to those receiving treatment in that space.
I developed three distinct design directions, each presented through mood boards that explored different approaches to atmosphere, color, materials, and visual tone. Once a direction was selected, I carried the concept through a range of touchpoints, including wall graphics, signage, and supporting marketing materials—ensuring the new space felt cohesive with the original brand while offering a softer, more relaxing environment.
The final result is a thoughtfully designed reception area that balances brand consistency with an enhanced sense of comfort, helping to create a welcoming and reassuring experience for patients.
